Perform multiplex IF using multiple 1º antibodies from the same host species/isotype (e.g., mouse IgG1 or rabbit IgG) with no cross-reactitivity. For example, perform 10-Plex HCR™ Gold IF using rabbit IgG 1º antibodies for all 10 target proteins.
